Hey Everyone!
Thank you for making 2008 a huge success! All of us here at Edigitize are excited about 2009 and look forward to growing our business relationship with you. Here are some changes we made in 2008 to better serve you – and things just keep getting better.
Best,
Edigitize Team
Website Redesign:
Last year we put a whole new look & feel to our website, www.edigitize.com. We decided it was time for a fresh look and made it happen! On our new website you can find a simpler registration form, more info about our company and a whole section dedicated to samples of our work. We hope you’ve had a chance to check it out – and are referring your friends to give us a try!
ISS-Atlanta:
In September we attended the Imprinted Sportswear Show in Atlanta, Georgia. What a huge success this was! We walked away with 300+ leads for new customers needing embroidery digitizing and vectorizing services. So far we’ve begun great relationships with quite a few of you and are adding new customers every day. We also had a chance to meet a few of our current customers, which is always a pleasure. All of us are looking forward to attending another trade-show event soon.
Quality Control Upgrades:
In our dedication to serve you with the highest quality embroidery digitizing and customer service, we took some time last year to evaluate our Quality Control process. We believe great digitizing starts with thorough instructions and great artwork. We hope that you have taken notice of the improvements and are even happier with the quality of work that Edigitize produces. As always, if you ever have questions or concerns about an order – don’t hesitate to contact us. We pride ourselves in outstanding customer service and strive to be a leader in the embroidery digitizing industry. Please let us know if you have any suggestions on how we can better serve you, we certainly value your opinion!
Live Support:
We added a feature to your customer account last year called Live Support. This is yet another way we felt we could improve our customer service and keep the lines of communication open between our customers and our staff. When you log into your customer account you will see the Live Support button near the upper right-hand corner of the page. We can always be reached at our toll free number or by e-mail, but if you’d rather chat online – click the button and instantly get in touch with someone who can help answer your questions. Live chat is available 8-5 M-F CST. We hope that you all will give it a try, even if you just want to say hi!
Stock Designs:
Edigitze now gives you the ability to purchase stock designs directly from our website! We know that some of you are just starting out and need some designs to show off to potential customers – and others of you are just looking to expand your current offering. We are still adding designs and have great plans for this new service. We plan to offer a large selection of holiday themed designs, along with many other generic designs. Once you have logged into your customer account and clicked the ‘Stock Designs’ button, follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Browse stock designs by category by clicking on the links in the left menu.
- Step 2: Click on the artwork to see a sew-out sample of the design.
- Step 3: To purchase, select the sewing machine format and click on the Purchase button.
- Step 4: When prompted, enter your credit card information through our secure site.
- Step 5: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with your file. It’s that easy!
Feel free to let us know if there are designs you’d like to see offered in our selection and we will be happy to accommodate you if we can!
Dr. Vector.com:
Some of you already take advantage of our artwork vectorizing services, but some might not really know what that is. Artwork vectorization is a fancy way of saying we take your art files and clean them up so you can use them for digitizing, screen printing, laser engraving, print materials and much more. You can learn more about vector art by visiting www.drvector.com, and you may also place an order there as well. If you are currently placing your vector orders through your Edigitize account, you may continue doing so – or use our Dr. Vector site and pay for the files as you go. We’d be happy to answer any questions you have about the vectorizing process or questions on how to use the new site – just let us know! You can e-mail questions to admin@drvector.com.
